XUELIAN CHI
Director
Xuelian Chi is a multicultural board leader, trusted advisor, and change agent who works closely with executive teams and boards to achieve strategic milestones across both private and nonprofit sectors.
She has contributed to the USAID-sponsored Farmer-to-Farmer program in Kenya and has advised senior leadership across diverse industries through the Stanford Seed Program, where she has supported more than 100 projects across Africa since 2020. Her cross-sector experience spans high technology, manufacturing, investment, artificial intelligence, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations, with a professional footprint across the United States, Asia, and Africa.
Xuelian holds a Public Leadership Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School and has completed senior executive education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
