XUELIAN CHI

Director

Xuelian Chi is a seasoned management consultant, trusted advisor, and change leader who collaborates closely with executive teams and boards to achieve strategic milestones. She currently serves as Board Director and Chair of the HR Committee at both Enterprise Computing Limited in Ghana and Mofmed Medical Solutions Limited in Nigeria.

Xuelian has contributed to the USAID-sponsored Farmer-to-Farmer program in Kenya and has advised senior leadership across diverse industries through the Stanford Seed Program, where she has supported more than 30 projects across Africa since 2020. Her cross-sector experience includes high-tech, manufacturing, investment, artificial intelligence, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations, with a professional footprint spanning the USA, Asia, and Africa.

She holds a Public Leadership Certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School and has completed senior executive education at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
